Not cheap, but what is in this game? When I first started in-car filming
of 100 mile road race, my first attempts were of very poor quality,
especially at high RPM (using a garden-variety Sony Handy-Cam) The mount
was steady, isolated from the roll bar by rubber, so I tried something
else; covered the microphone with foam rubber. It worked, as the "noise"
on the film was being caused by a high decible level from the open
exhust. Now I get some pretty decent shots. Not the quality of a
race-cam but OK for me......
