After short discussion at a USFRA meeting and with the established fact
that "5 HP" Briggs and Stratton engines are putting out 39 HP in Jr.
Dragsters, it was decided that only electric 12 volt, single motor power
would be allowed.  Those potential speeds are scary enough.
