Well we actually stuck the bottle in the Passenger compartment yesterday...
After Much Consideration there simply wasn't any place else to put this
Monster.... and this is the 15lb bottle.... I really wanted the 20 but now
that I see just how big this thing really is.... Hmmm
There are a couple of Safety issues still to deal with like Protecting the
line as it passes the Bell Housing and building a Box to cover the Bottle...
My Understanding is that the bottle must be covered... There is No
limitation on what kind of material covers the bottle So I am going to use
some .080 aluminum sheet metal I have.... Wondering if I can put a
Plexiglass window in it to see the bottle Pressure gage from the Drivers
seat.
The Box itself basically is going To have to Permanent Ends with a
removeable cover that Duez fasteners on... Nothing real fancy Just a Cover
...
Course My Drag Racing buddies think I am NUTS.... They can't understand this
Rule at ALL.... and with my limited knowledge I can't explain it to them any
better.
