Chuck,

You can remove all the other stuff. Wheel bolts are OK. Check the class
records in the rule book for requirements at the salt. If the record is over
200 MPH you must upgrade to that level although you may think you will go
that fast. This rule makes it easier to ensure that all vehicle are safe for
different speed levels. In case you missed it, this requirement is in effect
for El Mirage & Muroc at 160.
