Didn't mean it to slam others. Meant it to
credit ours.
But I did try to "talk" with SCCA for a year,
sending in proper forms and all to ask that a
minor change be made in the rule book because the
the book had either a typo or an oversight. In
three instances, the 93HP SOHC and the 145HP DOHC
versions of my car were in different classes. On
one page, they were listed as the same class.
Naturally, the tech inspector I had always used
that page. I never got an answer from them. I
quit racing SCCA. It was cheaper than upgrading
to a DOHC.
