.......................Seriously,race fans i have been holding off on one
question for a few days now,namely; Land Speed. It seems that the extremes
are 1/4 mile drag or Bonneville long course re;top speed. I used to be under
the assumption that LSR meant top speed,only. Why does there have to be an
endurance factor ? And why 132 ft ,1 mile or what-ever? I am not arguing,i am
questioning.i am now ignorant and wish to be enlightened.....Thank You,Bob
