Howdy Jon,
  How much can you help? I realize that the answers you give do not have 
the Official stamp on them, but mostly they are ideas, and I'm just looking 
for confirmation. I work here at the UW  Mech Engr with the undergrad 
students, and in a couple of bench races we came up with a lot of 
aerodynamic mods to make to my bike, these are just some of them, whatcha 
think? speeds I'm looking at are slow, 100-110 MPH, so making the bike 
airflow smoother is , I think, critical....
