Honda Insight

I saw a Honda Insight this weekend and first thing I noticed was that 3/4 of
the rear wheel was covered. How could this car play into the field of
landspeed racing? It does have a back seat and can seat 4. I think finding a
classification for it might be difficult modified or not.
