Anyone in the group familiar with BBCs? Looking at some Childs & Albert
aluminum rods and they list 2 different big end bores, 2.225 and 2.325.
2.20 is the what I'm used to seeing the big end sized at. Is the larger
one for a thicker bearing shell? Don't remember seeing a crank with that
size journal. The only number I have for C & A is off their web site
(661) 295-2900 and I get a phone disconnected when I call. Does someone
have a better number? Are they still in business?
