the new helmet reequirement. The
2000 rulebook said that Snell 1990 would be good until 1/01/2002. The new
rulebook says we must have Snell 1995 this year and Snell 2000 by
01/01/2005.

Please refer to the 2000 rulebook for helmet requirements. The new dates were
mistakenly added to the 2001 book by one of the proof readers.
Helmets meeting the Snell 1990 specs or better are allowed for the 2001
season.
