I looked in the oldest rule book I have (66) and they solved this by not
having a Street Roadster class. Thats clean. There is a Street Roadster
class at El Mirage and they require all panels in place (yes this means
fenders). Also head lights, tail lights, license plates, current
registration. And it all needs to work. I guess Street Roadsters were Street
Roadsters in those days.  Rich Fox
