I don't know if this is old news or new news and if it is appropriate for this
group.. it was sent by a friend that is not one to spread rumors as far as I
know so do with it what you will. personally I value my freedom and this smells
like someone is chipping away at it again!

 WalMart

Date: Sun, 8 Jul 2001

The Anti-Gun people are putting pressure on Walmart to stop
selling guns and ammunition.
Walmart is making a tally of all who call in to their
Customer Service Relation Department at 1-800-925-6278
who are opposed to the Anti-Gunners' pressure on Walmart.

Call the above number and go to a selection to hear their
position on the sale of firearms and ammunition.
Contact Wal-Mart on their Web Site and send them
an e-mail at

http://www.walmart.com/

Tell them your support for their position to
continue to sell firearms and ammunition.
Then pass this information on to all those
you know to be Pro-Gun people and hunters.
