Keith,
Maybe you're talking about filters in the email software. I use Eudora for
email at home and have filters set up to put all my email lists into
different mailboxes. I use Outlook at work, but don't get enough email
there to matter, so I don't have any idea if Outlook lets you filter or
not. Anybody know?
