Will the mass air version of Ford's SEFI operate without the Idle Air
Controller? In other words, if I remove it and put on a blocking plate in
lieu of, can I manually adjust the idle sufficiently that the engine will
run reasonably well at low speed? This is for my race motor so low speed
drivablity is not an issue.
