No need to tip-toe . . .

it is a plain fact that more men enjoy automotive racing than women. I
believe it is simply a case of being interested and choosing to devote the
time, money and effort.

However, some people tend to think a majority of something also magically
bestows some kind of ownership of the sport. Poppycock.

Prejudice is the what many fall sucker to as they enjoy a false contentment
brought on by a warped inflated ego.

With every team where the goal is the focus and not personal agendas,
success usually follows. In my opinion it is also the reason Breedlove
failed miserably and Noble was victorious.

It is my observation that most LSR teams are goal focused and not gender
focused and why I enjoy being involved in the sport to the degree that I am.

As a side note, Please check out the January 2002 issue of CAR&DRIVER (on
newsstands now) there is a six-page article on the Vesco Brothers 458 MPH
triumph beginning on page 124.
