no offense taken, however assigning gender blame to someone who can't cut it
behind the wheel has too often been the ladies lot. This seems amusing as it
is the males, especially the young males, whose insurance rates are
astronomical -- and those numbers are determined by how often young boys
manage to manage metal -- I am told.
