Well, I have not seen the mentioned article, however I do know of the car. My
dad knows the details much more clearly than I do, so here goes what I know,
or what I think I remember knowing...
Harry Warner was a very talented man (who my dad adored) and he drove that
roadster for many years including taking his family to and from Chicago for a
job with a Wayne in it at the time. For many years it sat in his garage even
after his passing. A few years back a friend our family and Dan, Bill
Sawnson, a.k.a. Swanny, bought it to restore it (minus the Wayne).
Hopefully, Dan can fill all of us in much more as his dad and that car added
a lot to hot rodding history in Southern California.

P.S. For those who my be interested let me also inform you that as if July
the Keith and Katie Young racing team will have a new crew member.
My husband & I are expecting a baby right in the middle of the racing season,
however my dad figures that by Bonneville we (myself, baby and Ron, the
dad-to-be) should be back in racing form. Cross your fingers!
