Keith; A lot of these rules are made to affect the El Mirage points chase
and I guess made sense to the rules committee when they made them. Looking
at the same rule from the prospective of a Bonneville only racer may not be
the proper prospective. That said some of these rules should really be
explained to the membership and the reasoning made plain. Rich Fox
