 Subject: Holes in firewall

What is the best way to run a throttle rod thru the firewall and still pass
inspection? I have heard inspectors will shine a flashlight on a firewall and
check for holes. One person I talked to said he had a washer welded on the
rod and when it went closed it would cover the hole in the firewall. Looking
 for suggestions Larry Mac
