Malcolm.... thought I would share with you the ECTA 200mph clubs actual
entry requirements...  we kept it Very simple

1. set a record
2. at an ECTA sanctioned event
3. go 200 or above

That way we don't get the guy handing his 200mph car to a bazillion folks
trying to get 13 folks in the club in once day....  

So you can see we didn't do this retroactively.... it's about Land Speed
racing ( water is Very cool to add but we don't sanction any events there
yet )

This is the way ours was done.... and the Hat color was done so as not to
collide with RED or Brown... or Blue of Muroc....  it was just a
choice....green worked for me and since I was paying for them.... well I
got to pick...
