The key combination alt-165 will give you the Q, and alt-164 will give
you the q (hold down the alt key while you type the numbers in the
keypad on the right side of the keyboard(yes it makes a difference)).
Seems to work from Netscape, guess I'll have to see how this post turns
out, though.
