Mayf:
I have used Rootes blowers of similar ratings in industrial applications.
Gates makes some, I forget who else. Not cheap new, but can be found in
industrial salvage. (Petrochems use a lot of them.)

Subject: Big Air Pump Question...

Is there one among you who has experience in designing, building or using a
large air pump: 1200 cfm at 25 psig or better? I want to build a test rig
for my mass air flow meter(s). So iam looking for a big blower to power this
test rig. Any ideas where such a thing might be found rather cheaply/ Yeah,
I know I can send it off the the aftermarket meter makers, but where is the
fun in that?
contact off line?
