Let me clear this up the engine didn't have a 200 hp spike at 9700
The the dyno was set to sweep from 9700 rpm to 10300 rpm at a 100 rpm per
second rise.
So the only part where the engine was at full throttle was from 9700 to
10300.
on that run I was adjusting the fuelinjection computer at 10000 rpm and 30
psi of boost
