We had a report that due to a thunderstorm, there was standing water at
our starting line(s) on Sunday night. We will have our staff onsite
Wednesday to assess the situation and contemplate moving the course to
higher ground.
We also lost most of our timing wire due to the spread of fire from an
adjacent storage unit at Wendover into ours. We have made
arrangements from USFRA to borrow their wire which will be at least
enough to run the long course .
