Seems like a shame to have the rules read for the least common denominator
in the skill department. At some point isn't it up the tech guys to look at
something poorly built and just say NO.. That way someone that does have the
skill to do something correctly can and those that can not might learn the
correct approach?.. I mean if someone mounts a wing to produce lift instead
of downforce will it just go through or something that is begging to fall
off the car or maybe some 1/4-20 lumberyard motor mount bolts?? I don't see
where constructor skill even gets into the rule making process.
