Ahhh what can I say... racing at Maxton just works... No Rain... wonderful
weather... and In Joe's words... we interrupted the Bike Meet occasionally to
let a car run...
Not many cars this meet... most folks brought out bikes... us car guys were
Way out numbered...and since I didn't have a car there well I've got no
excuse...
Don Smith... got in the Two club riding some kinda scooter... ( I'm a car guy
member? ) so Congrats to Don...and Hank Booth showed up to check out the
mess... it was a pleasure to meet him and chat for the few minutes we had...
then of course we had the semi infamous banquet... no one went to Jail and a
great time was had by all... Tonya picked up her Hardware for 1st place in
cars and Scottie Guthrie picked up his for half the top places in Bikes as
well as #1...
Tonya and I also shared some wedding cake and Bubbly... just a great time..
and we really did want to share that with our friends...
