A Japanese University professor has confirmed that Dolphins increase their
performance through the water by shedding their skin as they go. The
shedding reduces friction and improves speed to a level that the fishes
design would normally make "impossible".
So now we have an answer to Keith's So-Al special painting question. When
it comes to the line the little car is in team red ........... but at the
7 mile marker all that colour will have come off - increasing its
performance to an impossible level - and it will then make the turn out in
team white. or even worse it starts in red and finishes in purple and
yellow!
But ... what is the SCTA rule for re-painting the body in impound ready for
the 'back up' pass?
