how to get a rule book in one easy lesson

I have said this before... but it's worth repeating.

For several years I've as soon as I hear they are printed... I go to the USFRA
website and order 10 of them.... costs a hundred bucks.... BUT I can have one
everywhere I might run into the need for one... up to and including the
liberary ( bathroom.... just enough time to check out the Gas modified sports
section... my favorite spot in the book these days )

The best part is I get to support the USFRA...
