Would you believe .063.  It wasn't easy, that's why I don't want to cut a 
hole in it.

  5052 is good durable body metal.  what did you use ?  .045 ?  .055 ?  any 
thicker and it'll get 'tough' to bend in a hurry!

to bend but they are great when finished.
