yup, I got my tube in the mail today...wonder what was in it? nothing, empty,
nada......I wonder how much money the SCTA is saving by replacing and remailing
the lost tubes? Sure wish I had gotten my rule book like the california guys
did, like in right away when it was first published .... yeah and don't tell me
I could have bought a rule book from USFRA, SCTA cashed my check then did not
send anything for 5 months.....pretty poor business practice for a company 
that has a gross of +1/4 million a year .....
