Mailing tube

My tube arrived in today's mail.  It contained sticker, patch, book, 
poster, pin, and (crumpled) info sheet.  All present and accounted for.

Both end caps were in place, but the scotch tape to secure one cap was 
"compromised".

Mailed check 5 January, received goodies 30 June.

Life is good - now I get to read the rules and see what I've got to 
change in the next 42 days.
