I  bet you don't set straight up at the end of a run to slow the bike down.
I went about 120 on a bare BSA and was getting nervous about hanging
on. 240 - wow!!

OK, so you spent bucks on new fanged stuff electric stuff. Wasn't this
Bonneville a lot more fun than some earlier trips?
Cost ?
How many trips to the salt did it take to accumulate this kind of 
performance?
And the cost of those trips compared to this one, including the new 
electronics?

I'm going to put my LM-1 on Jacks car for the World Finals of my plans
work out (80% chance)..  I can't wait.  Hmmmm... let's see, write/ 
plagiarize
a program to take accelerometer & time readings and produce a distance and
speed graph. Sounds like homework..
