Rain, rain, rain

I heard a report on the radio as I was coming home from work tonight 
that there had been up to four inches of rain on the deserts to the 
north-west of the Great Salt Lake.  We received 1/2 " to 1" of rain in 
Salt Lake today.  NONE of this news is good for the salt flats water 
problems this year.

We're not ending our six years of drought with a bang ... it's more 
like a big splash!
