Winterizing

As I am new at this and since the short season is now over, I would be 
curious to hear what some of you do to winterize your cars.  Since I 
purchased more fuel than I used as I hoped for more chances to race, is the 
fuel still going to be useable next August.  Thanks for any advise you can 
give a newbie.  I wish I was out learning on the white dyno, instead of 
putting my car up on blocks.
