Stuck as in rusted or stuck for some other reason?

If rusted I have never had Marvel Mystery Oil fail to loosen a stuck piston
regardless of how long it had
been rusted. That hardly guaranteed I could reuse that bore without resleeving
but it allowed the piston to
come out. I'm sure MMO has failed for someone but the stuff has worked 100% of
the time for me for many
years on all sorts of engines, at least where stuck pistons were concerned.

Iodine will etch into cast iron pretty quickly so while it might work (I've
never tried it nor has anyone I know
personally) if you want to attempt to reuse that cylinder bore without
resleeving I wouldn't recommend it.
