This award is given to the person the Board feels has best represented the
essence of Bob Higbee who was a truly tireless volunteer... always there
early, and late... always doing twice as much as could reasonably be
expected...
Dan has given so much to the sport over the years... it's nice to see him
recognized for his efforts....
