Bob, I have a similar rhyme, also sung N.Y. style.

Spring has sprung,
The grass has riz.
So where the boidies is ?

Still great warm days just cooler at night.



   And a little New Yawk poetry.

   Spring has sprung.
   The boid is on da wing.
   Now ain't dat dumb?
   The wing is on da boid.
