Those on the list who enjoy our apples which coincidently are being exported
right now receive them basically tree fresh.
The apples held over till they can be shipped at a later time are stored in CA
warehouses. CA is controlled atmosphere where the buildings are sealed and
filled with nitrogen to a very high percentage. Works fine and very cheap,
efficient system.
