My son, David, the engineer, who grew up in skunk country, said quietly hook
a 50 foot rope to the trap while the the skunk is sleeping, Tie it to the
back of your truck and slowly drive off down the road a good ways, stop, cut
the rope and leave the trap by the side of the road.
