I live in Sacramento and this subject, street racing, makes me CRAZY!!!!!!!!
This problem was solved when I was a KID for CH****"s sake.
Americans supplied "Drag Strips" for Hot Rodders to "get it out of their
system".
Some were open Thursday and Friday nights for grudge, choose off. etc.
racing.
also Saturday (day) for more formal racing.
It worked then and it'll work now!!!
How dumb are we anyway?
