[Land-speed] British steam car

If the British team is not using propane to heat their boiler tubes they might
want to consider that design . A normal hot air balloon propane burner puts
out at least 8,000,000 BTUs . If the flame preheated a thin wall inconel steam
coil and the throttle pedal controlled the water flow into the boiler coil and
the system was 25% efficient that's  780+ hp with little lag time .
