Settle an argument for me. are the traps at El Mirage before or after the
finish cones?

Jim,
My duty last Sunday at El Mirage was to put the Balloons out marking the
course. We put two red balloons at the finish line, in eyesight of the
timing lights. The lights are located before the finish line, not after.
Hope that settles your argument.
