[Land-speed] 2012 SCTA rulebooks

 I picked up a copy of the new rulebook yesterday. The book will be introduced
at the SCTA banquet tonight. The order will be delivered next week to begin
filling orders. SCTA member clubs will receive their quota to distribute to
their members.
