I have the same set... very nice and sturdy, which I purcahsed in the 60's. 
Open end, box, and the 1/2" drive socket sets. The socket set is a bit 
overkill for most TC work, but very nice to have on hand. I never saw any 
3/8" bits. And, I'm sorry to say they are NFS>
