Not necessarily so, Terry. When I finished my TC restoration and went on the 
first Abingdon Rough Rider/TC Motoring Guild Conclave, I couldn't keep the 
darn thing going straight at all. When we stopped for lunch, Gene asked me 
how much air I had in the tires. They looked ok, but pressure was 
considerably less than needed. Filled them to 28 pounds, and drove straight 
from then on.
