Bob: I have an original factory parts manual and it has a secion dedicated to the MKII. The flyleaf states it was printed June 1958 and a grab handle is listed. Starting at chasis 22613 the grab handle is part of the car. Part numbers are: Grab rail--R/H ..................... (LHD) ..................... 500809 Grab rail--L/H ......................
