Awini... Only one place in the world that I know of to fix something that
sophisticated is Nisonger Automotive in Mamaroneck, New York, USA. They have
a web page at www.nisonger.com and you can email them. They have completely
rebuilt the instruments on two of my restorations, and I think very highly of
them.
