You have to do this yourself.
Send a message from you old address to majordomo@autx.team.net leaving
the subject line blank and in the body write unsubscrib mg-t. Then from
your new email address send a message to majordomo@autox.team.net
leaving the subject line blank and in the body write subscribe mg-t.
You will then recieve a confirmation letter which has material which
must be sent back to majordomo.

given.
