Bill,
Light/licence plate bracket are body color and bumper brackets are
black, on my TD.
The bumper brackets have been repainted, but I believe the original
was
the same semi-gloss that was used on the chassis. If that's true, the
Rustoleum satin finish is a pretty good match.
