Hi,
I'm trying to diagnose a wiring problem and unfortunately the wire
colors on my car have been changed so the diagram isn't much help.
In the generator/regulator warning light circuit the wires hook up to
the F and D terminals on the reg.
The F terminal is supposed to have a single wire running to the
generator while the D terminal has one going to the generator, and
another going to the dash warning light.
O.k., here's my question: the generator has a heavy wire on the top
and a smaller gauge wire on the bottom. Which wire goes alone to the
F terminal on the reg the top or bottom wire on the generator?
